Production & Order Information

• Custom Creation: Each personalised fragrance product is crafted specifically for you when you order.

• Limited Ready-Made Stock: A select number of products are available from our existing inventory.

• Handcrafted Timeline: Please expect a production time of 7–10 business days. In some instances, items may be completed sooner, and we will notify you if early pickup or shipping is available.

Return & Refund Guidelines

• Return Policy: We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind. Returns are only considered for items that are faulty.

• Return Window: Claims for faulty items must be made within 14 days of your purchase.  A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process

• Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email regarding your refund status.  If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.
